The solution
NRG Incentives packaged a facility-wide LED high-bay retrofit built for an industrial food-processing environment, and secured a $17,792 utility rebate to offset the investment — delivering brighter, more uniform light with far lower energy draw.
The results
The upgrade delivers $51,895 in annual energy savings against a $164,588 project investment — net $146,796 after the $17,792 utility rebate — recovering the net investment in roughly 2.83 yrs, then compounding into net savings while the new lighting keeps working.
